Together with Diverlyze, the bank has analysed and evaluated the internal Gender Equality Score as part of a pilot project. Diverlyze also supports the development and implementation of measures to secure and improve gender equality in the long term.

PSD Bank Kiel is a member of the nationwide PSD banking group. It is a cooperative-oriented institution - thus the focus of its activities is not on achieving high corporate profits, but on providing advice and support to its customers and members in a spirit of partnership. The PSD Bank Kiel provides support in all matters relating to money and private asset protection.

The bank sees itself as an employer that wants to empower its female employees and provide them with all opportunities in the future so that they can organise their working day according to their wishes.

The challenges in relation to gender equality.

At PSD Bank Kiel, Sabine Kröger alone is responsible for the entire human resources management of the approximately 100 employees. As a result, not all topics can be addressed to the desired extent. Diversity is a matter close to Sabine's heart. Therefore, she was looking for a simple and effective solution to raise the mood within the bank quickly and cost-efficiently.

The results of the cooperation.

PSD Bank Kiel used the Diverlyze software to survey, calculate and evaluate the status quo of gender equality. As part of this, the institute surveyed its employees on 10 different gender equality areas simply and individually via a simple and individual data-driven survey system.
