PSD Bank Kiel eG is a 150-year-old regional consumer bank, offering a full range of financial services.

As part of a pilot project together with Diverlyze, the bank calculated and evaluated its internal Gender Equality Score. Diverlyze supported the development and implementation of measures for long-term sustainable gender equality.

PSD Bank Kiel is a member of the nationwide PSD banking group. They are a cooperative banking institution - thus, their focus is not on maximising corporate profits, but on providing advice and support their customers and members. The PSD Bank Kiel provides support in all matters relating to money and private asset protection.

The bank sees itself as an employer that wants to empower its female employees and provide them with all opportunities in the future so that they can organise their working day according to their wishes.

The challenges related to gender equality.

At PSD Bank Kiel, Sabine Kröger alone is responsible for the entire human resources management of the approximately 100 employees. As a result, not all topics can be addressed to the desired extent. Diversity is a matter close to Sabine's heart. Therefore, she was looking for a simple and effective solution to raise morale within the bank quickly and cost-efficiently.

The results of the cooperation.

PSD Bank Kiel used the Diverlyze software to survey, calculate and evaluate the status quo of gender equality. As part of this, the institute surveyed its employees on 10 different gender equality areas simply and individually via a simple and individual data-driven survey system.

Afterwards, the results could be inspected and analysed in the Diverlyze dashboard

Awareness workshop
