Our Diversity certificates  are awarded to companies that have successfully completed the Diverlyze diversity analysis. This is based on multidimensional data collection using our tool.

What are the Diverlyze medals?

The Diverlyze Medals are a recognition for achievements in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). They are awarded based on a company's percentage rank calculated at the time of evaluation. This rank compares the company's DEI performance with all other companies in our database.

The medals serve as an indicator of a company's commitment to actively improving diversity, equity, and inclusion management while striving to achieve a lasting positive impact.

A Diverlyze medal does not imply that DEI's internal efforts are greater or better than those of other companies.

Being awarded medals does not mean that a company has no room for improvement or weaknesses in its DEI efforts.
